     Since the warfare raged on the land of middle-east, people had to leave their home. Unprecedented refugee flows swept whole continental Europe. Homeless people who crossed Mediterranean storms and mountains ranges in Balkan to   seek for their paradise. Millions of refugees triggered quiescent conflicts in Europe. Xenophobia, nationalism, regional conflict, crime and violation of human rights, leaders of Europe are facing unprecedented crisis.

简介：
     Though UNEP is the primary UN body committed to environmental governance, policies are carried out largely at the national level. Good environmental governance nationally, as well as regionally and globally, is critical to environmental stability. It is the responsibility of all Member States, groups, and individuals who influence environmental governance, including the private sector and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) not just political officials, to address the issue of corruption, in environmental governance.
